Home stay
In our mind, the very best way to experience life in Nice and learn French in a real-life environment is to live with a local family. Homestay families provide either single or twin-room accommodation with half-board (dinner, bed and breakfast). Families are located up to 20 minutes from school by public transport. For students choosing homestay accommodation, a free arrival transfer is included (for arrivals between 8am and 10pm.)
Host
If you choose a Host rather than a Homestay, you will share a flat with a French person on a self-catering basis. Host accommodation is perfect for more independent students who nevertheless appreciate the learning benefits of living with a French person.
Our Hosts live within a 30 minute bus-ride from school.
University Residence
Only during July and August, minimum 2 week stay
During the months of July and August, budget priced University halls of residence are available to students of our partner school. The halls are located within a magnificent park approximately 10 minutes by bus from school (30 minutes if you prefer to walk.) supervised 24 hours a day.
The residence offers single rooms furnished with a small fridge and equipped with a private shower and WC (there are no cooking facilities in the residence). Accommodation includes breakfast at the campus restaurant but no meals are provided for lunch and dinner. Bed linen is provided, and the residence benefits from 24 hour security.
Student Hotel
Year-round: 2 star residence located in front of the near the famous Garibaldi Place. The hotel is right next to the old town, within a 15 minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes from the school. Accommodation on self-catering basis only.
All rooms are fully furnished with a private WC and bath and are equipped with a kitchenette, satellite TV, direct phone line, high speed Internet and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided and residents have access to the outdoor swimming pool which is open from 1 June to 30 September.
Apartments
Located throughout the city centre, a variety of fully-furnished studios or 2 roomed flats.
