Home stay
Homestay in Barcelona offers you a unique opportunity to experience Spanish life while living in the home of a local Spanish speaking family. You'll speak Spanish all day long, out of necessity and fun and interest in the family life you see unfolding around you. Accommodation in a host family allows you to get the most out of your language course as it gives you a privileged view of daily life in another culture. Your host "family" may be a family with parents and children or a single parent who takes in students because he or she enjoys the company.
You can choose from a room with breakfast or half-board (choose between a cooked meal in the afternoon at about two o'clock or light dinner at ten) or full-board (breakfast and two meals). The homestays are located on average 25-30 minutes from school by public transport.
School residence
The Barcelona school residence is located in the heart of the city, on the famous boulevard 'La Gran Vía', around 20-25 minutes walking distance from the school and around 15 minutess on public transport. In this 25-room residence you'll live alongside fellow students from all over the world. You'll prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
The residence features:

- 95% of the rooms have private bathroom

- Fully equipped kitchen with cookers, ovens, microwaves, electric coffee makers and refrigerators.
- Living room with separate smoking and non-smoking areas
- Shared TV, video and stereo in the living room
- Washing machines and clothes dryers
Shared student apartments
You can choose to share a student flat with four or five fellow students. In a student flat you'll prepare your own meals and interact with students of all ages and backgrounds. Although the student flats are not luxurious, they include all the basic facilities: a bed, table or desk, chair and a wardrobe. Each student flat has a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and an iron. No telephones are available in student flats; we suggest you use public telephones or local calling centres. You share the kitchen and the bathroom and, together, keep the house clean. Shared areas are professionally cleaned once a week.
Premium Accommodation
For demanding clients, Premium Accommodation options are available offering a greater level of luxury.
- Premium Shared apartment
As standard shared apartments above, but including ADSL or WIFI, daily bedroom cleaning and a maximum of 4 students sharing the apartment. You'll share a bath and full equipped kitchen with your flatmates, and can choose a single or double room. - Premium Private apartment
These one or two bedroom apartments offer all of the facilities and features of our shared premium apartments. However, you'll enjoy the luxury and independence of living in your own private apartment, without having to share any of the facilities with other students.
