MBA from the Open University Business School, MA in Applied Linguistics from Birkbeck College (University of London), Cambridge Diploma in TESOL

Max has been in the English Language Teaching (ELT) industry for 20 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of successfully running a language school. He started his ELT career teaching English in Northern Spain in 1987 and then went on to work at many different schools as a teacher, teacher trainer, sales manager and Director of Studies.

He became School Director at SGI in 1994.

Interesting fact: Before starting his ELT career, Max was involved in performing and teaching music for many years.
