University Foundation Course

Our University Foundation Course in London can be taken over a 6 month (January entry) or 9 month (September entry) period leading to placement at a British University. The course combines Academic English and IELTS preparation in the morning (9.15-12.45) with subject study in the afternoon ( 13.30-15.00). Subject modules in the afternoon include Cultural Studies, Economics, Politics and Business Studies.

This 6 month academic course gives students a foundation not only in English language and culture but also in the world of Business from a European perspective.

Key objective:
To prepare students for a British University and give them the necessary skills to succeed.

Minimum Entry point: 
IELTS 5.0 equivalent (Upper Intermediate). Students at this level are not required to take Term 1.
