Junior Summer English Course London

At our partner junior summer school, there are summer programmes for both 8-10 year olds ( upper primary) and 11-15 year olds (secondary).

For the secondary level students (11-15) the main focus of the programme is developing students English language confidence and competence. Learners develop through class projects and lessons including maths, science, design, drama and music as well as English classes. There are a great range of sports activities to choose from including; football, ice-skating, tennis, basketball, rock-climbing, dance, yoga, bowling, badminton and volleyball.

For the Upper Primary students (8- 10) the English classes are connected to an exciting weekly project or theme, in turn linked to the weekly excursion. Lessons offer great opportunities for students to expand their knowledge of different core subjects, communicate in English and take part in student centred activities. Sports lessons combine a number of fun team games such as football, rounders and dodge ball.

Courses for all age groups are from 1 to 9 weeks and all course materials, testing on arrival and certificates are included. Availability: 25 June to 24 August 2018.

This popular summer programme is often taken in tandem with a parent taking one of our Adult English courses
