St Luke's Student Residence

St Luke’s is a new residence, opening in September 2010. It is specifically aimed at more mature students who want high-quality, independent, self-catering accommodation.

The property is late-Victorian (1888) and is located in a lovely, quiet residential area close to the heart of the old town - approximately 5 -10 minutes on foot from the river, Jesus Green park and the famous university colleges - and is about 25 minutes’ walk to the school itself via the ancient city centre.

The Building

On the 2 upper floors, there are 5 light and airy bedrooms, which can all be locked for individual security.
The building has central heating, and radiators in each room can be controlled individually

• All prices are inclusive of bills and council tax
• All bedding and towels are provided
• All rooms have a study desk, wardrobe, storage space and WiFi / Internet access

On the ground floor, there is a spacious, modern, communal kitchen fully equipped with:

• Fridge
• Freezer
• Oven
• Cooker
• Microwave
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine

Next to the kitchen is an open plan dining area, with is a widescreen television. All rooms and public areas are cleaned weekly.

There is access to a quiet west-facing patio garden, with a side passage. Bicycles can be left here safely and securely.
