Self-catering accommodation, available all year round
The School has modern, residential, self-catering accommodation available all year round at Tripos Court, and additional residential accommodation in July and August. This is a popular choice because it is close to the School and provides greater independence for the student.

Features of Tripos Court include:
- Single room with shower and toilet
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Writing desk and chair
- TV/video player
The School provides towels, sheets, pillows and duvet, and cleans the rooms and communal areas once a week. Students are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of their rooms and the kitchen. There is a laundry room available at Tripos Court, for which there is a charge.
Please note:
- Tripos Court is a non-smoking zone
- You need to pay a £100 deposit by credit card in advance
- The deposit is refunded onto your credit card at the end of your stay, minus the cost for any damages
- The minimum age is 18
- You need to give a two-week notice period if you wish to leave the residence prematurely
- If you have a break for any reason, you must still pay the full rental of your room
Sedley Court
Sedley Court provides additional residential, self-catering accommodation for students in July and August. The building, a modern university residence, opened in September 2005.
Sedley Court is in an excellent location, only 15 minutes on foot from the school. It is located near Mill Road, with its wide variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It has on-site, 24-hour wardens and there is a security entry system for each block.
Features of Sedley Court include:
- Private bathroom (basin, shower and toilet)
- Wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Writing desk and chair
- Single bed and bedside table
The School provides towels, sheets, pillows and duvet, and cleans the rooms and communal areas once a week. Students are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of their rooms and the kitchen. There is a laundry room in the main block, with washing machines and driers for students to wash their own clothes.
