We have always set ourselves high standards and this is reflected in our accreditations, validations and partnerships.

Currently, SGI is accredited by the British Council, EAQUALS and the ISI for its English language teaching and by Trinity College London for its English language teacher training courses. It is also a member of English UK, the professional association of UK English language schools. It also has a number of successful partnerships with British state universities such as St Mary’s University College London and Roehampton University.

Official statement by EAQUALS following our re-accreditation inspection in March 2010.

"St George International was inspected by EAQUALS in March 2010 and met the high standards required for EAQUALS accreditation. The teaching, the course programmes, as well as the course organisation, the learning resources, testing and evaluation were all judged to be of high quality. It was found that the institution takes great care to protect the welfare of its clients and staff, and all publicity materials produced by the institution are accurate and truthful.

 

The EAQUALS inspectors identified the following areas of excellence in the institution:

  • Academic Resources
  • Staff Contracts, Terms and Conditions
  • Qualifications, Experience and Training."

Accreditation by ISI

St George International is pleased to announce that it gained ISI accreditation in March 2010 following inspection. The inspectors assess the quality of provision in these areas and found the quality of provision to be good1) :

• quality of the curriculum, teaching and students’ achievements
• students’ welfare, including health and safety
• the effectiveness of governance and management
